Georgia Healthy Family Alliance (GHFA) Board President, Dr. Evelyn Lewis & Clark has been selected as a 2018 recipient of the Chicago Medical School (CMS) Distinguished Alumnus Award.  Established in 1962, this honor is bestowed upon alumni who have distinguished themselves in the medical profession and exemplified consistent commitment and dedication to the Chicago Medical School.

“Dr. Lewis & Clark is a fitting example of the school’s mission in action and a remarkable role model for students,” said CMS Alumni Association President Dr. Carey B. Strom.

Dr. Lewis & Clark will receive the award during a ceremony on October 20, 2018 at the Warwick Allerton Hotel in Chicago.

Christina Kelly, MD, chair of the Family Medicine for America’s Health Workforce Education & Development Tactic Team, provided participants at the recent 25 x 2030 Student Choice Collaborative with a summary of her team’s three years of work.
