Georgia Healthy Family Alliance (GHFA) Board President, Dr. Evelyn Lewis & Clark has been selected as a 2018 recipient of the Chicago Medical School (CMS) Distinguished Alumnus Award. Established in 1962, this honor is bestowed upon alumni who have distinguished themselves in the medical profession and exemplified consistent commitment and dedication to the Chicago Medical School.
“Dr. Lewis & Clark is a fitting example of the school’s mission in action and a remarkable role model for students,” said CMS Alumni Association President Dr. Carey B. Strom.
Dr. Lewis & Clark will receive the award during a ceremony on October 20, 2018 at the Warwick Allerton Hotel in Chicago.
