Is your community affected by opioid use disorder (OUD)? Could your practice and care team benefit from interactive learning and mentoring in chronic pain management, opioid prescribing, or OUD treatment?
You may benefit from participating in an upcoming ‘Project ECHO® (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) OUD’ educational series hosted by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). Project ECHO® is a tele-mentoring program that brings together primary care clinicians, care teams, and subject matter experts and merges brief lecture presentations with case-based learning.
This series will be comprised of monthly one-hour sessions over a 12-month period, covering a variety of OUD topics (TBD). Participation will be open to any practice team member involved in OUD prevention, identification, and treatment.
Sessions will run from April 2023 through March 2024. If you and your practice or care team are interested in learning more, click here to provide your contact information.
