Georgia Academy Seeking Members to Attend AAFP Leadership Conference in Kansas City, MO

In today’s health care landscape, where regulatory and administrative burdens rule the workplace, it’s clear that everyday leadership is needed. If you want to get more involved in your state and national academies, being a delegate to the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) Annual Chapter Leadership Forum (ACLF) and the National Conference of Constituency Leaders (NCCL) is the perfect opportunity. Join your Georgia colleagues and network with over three hundred family physician leaders from around the country at this vibrant meeting in Kansas City, Missouri.

The AAFP Leadership Conference will take place Tuesday, May 9 to Thursday, May 11, 2023 at the Sheraton Kansas City at Crown Center. Events within the conference are as follows…

⎼ Annual Chapter Leader Forum (ACLF) | May 9-10, 2023
⎼ National Conference of Constituency Leaders (NCCL) | May 9-11, 2023
⎼ State Legislative Conference (SLC) | May 11, 2023

Chapter delegates participate in all NCCL-specific business functions and have the opportunity to attend a variety of educational breakout sessions each day as well. If chosen to be a GAFP representative to ACLF or NCCL, the Georgia Academy will reimburse your travel expenses up to $1,000* (with the submission of an expense report and receipts).
