The “Your Giving is Great Medicine” Capital Campaign seeks to build on the $1 million gift GHFA received from the GAFP last year to raise an additional $3 million to fulfill its mission to enhance the well-being of Georgians through outreach programs that promote healthy practices. Another goal of the campaign is to further the organizational capacity of the Alliance in order to increase the number of community health grants and Tar Wars presentations statewide.
With the public phase of the campaign now underway, Alliance staff will be contacting you in the coming weeks with information on how you can help expand the reach of vital community health initiatives like the Community Health Grant program to find out who in your community we should seek to partner with in the future. Please take a few minutes to respond when GHFA staff outreaches to you in the coming weeks for your feedback and insight regarding this exciting campaign.
