PrEP Prevention Practices Questionnaire

Dear Georgia Academy Member,

My name is Jacqueline Bible and I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Family Science and Human Development department at Montclair State University, focusing on health, prevention, and sexuality. I am pleased to invite you and other physicians you may know to participate in a short online survey on your thoughts about PrEP and HIV prevention. Most questions focus on those you treat who men are who have sex with other men, regardless of how they identify their sexual orientation. To participate in this study, you must be a licensed MD, DO, NP, or PA. The survey should take no more than 20-30 minutes to complete and can be completed at your convenience anytime over the next two weeks. Participation is anonymous and confidential. As a thank you, we will make monetary donations on behalf of the project to health organizations survey respondents select from the following list: Alzheimer’s Association, American Cancer Society, amfAR: The Foundation for AIDS Research, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

To participate, you must:

– Be a licensed MD, DO, NP, or PA

– Be able to prescribe medication
