Project ECHO® (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) is an innovative project that uses a virtual model of health care delivery and education, by linking expert specialists at a “hub” with primary care providers in local communitiy “spokes.” Together, they participate in twice a month ECHO® clinics, which are virtual education sessions, combined with mentoring and patient case presentations.
